With Mansfield Handyman Services, what you see is what you pay. We proudly provide a No Change Order Guarantee for all clearly defined and approved work in the project scope—no hidden fees, no surprises. The only exceptions are unforeseen or concealed conditions (such as issues inside walls, beneath flooring, or underground) that could not reasonably be identified during the initial scope. In those cases, a change order will be issued.
We accept Zelle, Checks, Cash, and major Credit/Debit cards. You can submit payment in person or online when we invoice.
Yes! We have limited liability and commercial auto insurance coverage. If you’d like a copy of our LLC, we are happy to e-mail it over.
Once we receive your project/repair request, we verify the service area and ensure we can complete the project/repair.
If we can, we will reach out to schedule an on-site estimate where we provide a down-to-the-penny estimate. We do have a $49 service fee for the on-site estimate, but if you move forward with the project/repair, the fee is waived.
In some cases, we can perform the agreed upon work on the same day. Otherwise, the technician will schedule a day and time to return to complete the work.
We do require a 50% deposit to secure the project on our schedule if we are unable to complete the work the same day.
To book our Self-Schedule Services we do ask that customers place a credit/debit card on file. We do not run your card at the time of booking but if our Terms of Service are violated (i.e. no one home is at the appointment) then we charge then card of file based off our Terms of Service, which are agreed upon when self-scheduling.
For all other services, we do require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment on our schedule. This will be discussed at the on-site estimate.
We operate Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any potential cancellation fees.
