Not only did he replace light bulbs in very tall ceilings, he went the extra mile by vacuuming all light fixtures without being asked!  He took extraordinary care with our furniture and cleaned up after all tasks, both inside and outside.  He also took it upon himself to order the correct replacement part for an outdated intercom system and will soon be coming back to repair that.
