Mansfield Handyman Services Terms Of Service

Service Guarantee: Mansfield Handyman Services guarantees its workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service. If issues arise within this period, we will return to address the issue or concern at no additional cost. Customer satisfaction is very important to the team at Mansfield Handyman Services and at any time you feel we have not delivered a 5-star level of service please bring it to our attention.
Service Reschedules: Service may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the appointment time. If you need to reschedule within the 72-hour appointment window a $45 rescheduling fee will be charged.
Service Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Failure to provide 72-hour notice will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
No-Show Penalty: If you are not present at the service address at the agreed-upon time, a $75 no-show penalty will be charged.
Payment Terms: All invoices are due within seven (7) days.
Late Payment Fee: A late payment fee of 10% of the invoice total will be applied if an invoice is paid past the due date.
Exterior Projects: If you have an exterior project scheduled, please be mindful of scheduling Mansfield Handyman Services or other service providers at the same time. Additionally, delaying your sprinkler system on the day of an exterior service helps protect your lawn and prevents slips for service technicians. Please pick up pet waste before the scheduled appointment time.
Parts and Pieces for Installation/Assembly: The customer is responsible for ensuring all parts and pieces for an installation or assembly are present and not damaged. If the technician is missing a part or if a part is damaged and the project cannot be completed, a return trip will be scheduled, and a $45 service fee will be charged.
Liability: Mansfield Handyman Services is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages to the property that are unrelated to our services. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Mansfield Handyman Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the services provided.
Estimates: All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Actual costs may vary depending on the scope and nature of the work required. Any additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Force Majeure: Mansfield Handyman Services is not liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
Privacy Policy: Mansfield Handyman Services respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive phone calls, text messages (SMS), and emails from Mansfield Handyman Services regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, estimates, invoices, payments, special offers, promotions, and customer satisfaction requests, including review invitations. You may receive messages weekly or as needed based on your service interactions. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
